I brought in a very special bracelet passed down to me by my late father, brought it in frantic as I had taken it to the original store but as the bracelet is a couple decades old there was nothing they could do. They repaired it quick and kept the original pieces, free of charge. The bracelet means more than life to me and I am so thankful for them, thank you Romanos
