A G-LIDE model that links to smartphones, from the G-SHOCK sports lineup. Tide information and sunrise/sunset times for about 3,300 locations around the world can easily be set using the dedicated app. The high-definition MIP LCD also improves visibility. Its ability to display tide graphs, moon data, high tide/low tide times and levels, and sunrise/sunset times is useful for surfers as it enables them to understand the tide situation in detail at a glance, which pairs well with the training measurement functions. The bezel is a combination of resin and metal, with the top being made of stainless steel to which a hairline and honing finish is applied to achieve both strength and texture. Additionally, thanks to the use of a resin guard structure, it has impact resistance along with a button guard at the 6 o'clock position.
